To support a local non-profit organization in raising awareness about their community through storytelling. The goal is to inspire individuals from and out of the region to volunteer in activities that have a impact on their culture and the urban environment.
We produced, filmed, and edited a short documentary video focused around the personal story of the founder of the non-profit organization "Fabrika Umenia". The production went from proper planning to assembly, including scripting, location scouting, multi-camera setups, to proper multi-cam editing. We motivated others to clean up the abandoned factory that once shaped the town’s identity.
The documentary video helped the audience connect personally with the story of the non-profit organization and their mission. Not just what the non-profit does, but why it matters. The goal of the project was to highlight the challenges Katarina faces as founder of this non-profit organization. We wanted to showcase both its short-term and long-term goals. Using our video production experience, we created a short documentary that captures the founder’s story and her main motivation. We want to thank Canon Slovakia PR, who enables the founder to photograph architecture using a tilt-shift lens. Thanks to this collaboration, Katarina is able to talk about her work about the architecture in the best possible way.
